400 minutes Arabic transcription

I need urgent transcription for more than 400 minutes of audio files, some instructions need to be applied, we hope to hire more than 4 freelancers for the moment. the price is 3 dollars for every 10 minutes of audio, a small test of 20 seconds can be requested to check the quality of the transcription. there is an attached file of instructions to follow.
