I am seeking a freelancer who can transcribe a Kashmeeri audio file into a written document. The audio file is less than 30 minutes in length. As the client is unsure whether they want a verbatim or summarized transcription, they are open to the freelancer's advice on this matter. The project must be completed within 3 days.
