Whispering Enhancement Transcription

I have 19 audio files containing some whispering that I'd like to have enhanced. which contains a considerable amount of background noise.

Requirements:
- Enhance whispering in the original audio file
- Clean up background noise while keeping the whispering intact
- Ensure the transcript is clear and accurate
