Virtual assistant needed for audio editing / transcription tasks using Descript

I'm looking to hire a virtual assistant to handle initial editing for a Podcast using the Descript application. (Must have Mac OS or Windows). Each episode is about 30-45 minutes long, and most of the work is done for you automatically using Descript's AI. (I will handle the initial setup in Descript, and organize the files for you. All you will need to do is edit within Descript).

Once I've imported the audio files, all filler words ("um", "uh", "you know", "so", etc. and gaps are removed from the dialog automatically, and a draft transcript is also generated automatically).

I need your assistance to review what Descript generated, and correct transcription mistakes. (Sometimes it transcribes a word incorrectly thinking the speaker said something else), and clean up any awkward cuts/edits that Descript made to ensure the dialog wasn't cut off and "feels right" when you listening.

There's always 1 host and 1 guest, and each speaker's dialog in the transcript needs to have it's designated "Speaker" label selected. (See video attachment for example of editing process).

There is one or two episodes per week, and this task would need to be completed within 24 hours in order for me to finalize edits and mix.
