Video to text

I am looking for a freelancer to transcribe a video that is between 10-30 minutes in length. The transcription does not need to include time-stamping as I only require the text for internal use. The ideal freelancer should have experience in accurate transcription, and be able to deliver the project within a reasonable timeframe. Confidentiality is also important as the video is for internal use only.
