URGENT HUMAN Transcription from Khaleeji Arabic audio to English with time stamps

We have some interviews multiple interviews that we did on Zoom. The study is on luxury Jewelry and I am looking for a skilled freelancer to transcribe an Arabic audio file into English with time stamps. The accent is Khaleeji Arabic (i hope you are VERY familiar with this accent) The audio files are 70-75 minutes long and the audio quality is pretty clear. The transcription should be in clean verbatim format with time stamps at the beginning of each question and answer - if the answer is longer than 10 seconds, then we need an interim time stamp also
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Experience in human transcription from Arabic audio to English
- Proficient in English grammar and spelling
- Attention to detail and accuracy in time stamping
- Ability to deliver the transcription within 24 hours
