Type up (ie. transcribe) my voice notes
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Payment:
USD 1.00 per minute of recording time rounded up to the next full minute. For example, if a recording is 3 minutes and 28 seconds, I will round up to 4 minutes and pay $4.00. To be clear, the payment is based on the length of the recording, NOT how long it takes to do the work. I hope to find a freelancer who can do this job for me for many years.

Description of job:
I would like to find a freelancer who can type up my voice notes into a Word document. I use a voice recording app on my iPhone to record my things-to-do lists. The app (‘Press to Record’) automatically creates a transcript of the recording, which I will send to you along with the audio file, but it contains too many errors to be useful.
The final part of the job is to break the paragraph up into a list. The list should not be numbered or bulleted, but each item of the list should be on a new line as shown in the example below:

I own a landscaping company so most of my recordings relate to plants and gardening. Don’t worry if you are unsure of a word or spelling. Just highlight any words that you are not sure of and I can check them later.
If I repeat myself, or make a mistake, please type up the notes as spoken. I can make the necessary corrections later.
No need to type “Umms”, “errs”, etc. and no need to type up other voices in the background.
I prefer the following font settings, but it is not important:
Font: Calibri (Body)
Size: 10
Font Color: Black
Page size: Letter
Layour: Portrait
Spacing: Single
