Type handwritten notes -- 2

I have photos of handwritten notes made on a printed document that need to be typed. It is probably 2 hours work, or 3 maximum. Any candidate must be experienced at deciphering bad handwriting and familiar with colloquial ENglish. Don't contact me if you are not. I want this done as soon as possible.
