Type Handwritten Notes to Text

I have a batch of handwritten notes that I need turned into clean, error-free plain-text files. Accuracy matters more than design—there’s no formatting to preserve, so just capture the exact words and line breaks.

You’ll receive high-resolution scans of each page. For each scan, return a UTF-8 .txt file using the same file name so I can keep everything organized. Please proofread as you go and flag any words you can’t decipher. A quick sample page to show your approach would be appreciated before you proceed with the full set.
