Transcription of recorded interviews

I have several audio interviews recorded via phonecall recording app (saved as mp3 files).

The interviews are roughly 60-minutes each.

I need the first one transcribed into a Microsoft Word document within 72 hours. There will be the opportunity for transcribing additional interviews going forward, as this is an ongoing project.
