Transcription of numbers into a table

I have a list of countries, and the corresponding cost of electricity in that country. The list is in a picture. I want it transcribed into Excel, with three columns: Country, Area, and Cost. I need you to assign the country to the Area using the following categories: North America, Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia/NZ, Middle East and Minor Islands. There are about 150 countries on the list.
