Transcript old franciscan documents

I have some document for a personal project search, I'd like to transcript some of them (spanish hand written texts). kind of document from the 17th century. For this job I need some one with experience in this area knowing about franciscan history and decoding different form and keys of the way of writting. I leave a couple of example in attachment.
