Transcribe video to word document

I need someone who can transcribe a 13 minute video into a Word document that will be used as a blog post.

The video is from my YouTube channel which will be posted on my website blog. Certain sections of the videos do not need to be translated but there will be roughly 12 minutes of total audio that must be transcribed.

- The transcribed Word file should read like a blog post and not a "word for word" transcription.
- Major sections should be placed into their appropriate section (7 total)
- Proper English and editing should be included
