Transcribe a recording - MUST KNOW SPANISH and ENGLISH

I am a private investigator and I have a recording that is 2 minutes and 41 seconds long you will need headphones and to turn up the volume to hear both sides of the conversation especially when the man is talking.

I want every word to be transcribed in English for example

Man talking --- Then what the man says
Woman Talking --- Then what the woman says
