Transcribe a 5 minute recording- micro project

This is a low-budget micro project task do not offer any more than 20 dollars to do this task I had hired someone else to do this and they did a terrible job and were not complete with lots of inaudible markings - see attached and it was not complete I require someone to transcribe the entire recording as much as possible
