Transcribe into excel doc quick screen record from iphone

I would like to have a screen record from my iphone transcribed with the information on a regular basis. I would supply a excel doc with the specific bits of info I am looking for. Preferably share a google sheet. Transcription should only take less than 10-15 per request. Example file and recording attached. Would pay by the hour and once hour is complete would pay for next hour.
