Transcribe homeowner association bylaws

I am in need of a transcriptionist to transcribe our homeowner association bylaws. The job entails transcribing more than 20 pages of text into a simple, clean text format (like have paragraphs including numbers). i need things from the page entitled "exhibit B" onward. I would prefer the job to be completed within 1-2 weeks.
