Transcribe hand written notes to MS Word Doc

Hi,
I am seeking assistance with having hand written notes transcribed neatly and accurately to an MS Word document. I currently have approximately 15-20 pages of notes. I anticipate this to be an ongoing project for a while. I'm unsure of the timeframe at this time. Accurate work and a good rate may allow for additional work after this mini project is complete.
* I require attention to detail and accuracy.
