Transcribe footage for documentary in Finnish

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to transcribe footage for a documentary. The desired transcription style is speech recognition, which means that only some tidying up of the audio transcript is required. I will provide the footage for the freelancer to transcribe - no third-party vendor will be provided. The preferred language for the transcription is Finnish. The footage totals at roughly 50 hours.
