Transcribe audio from French to English

I am looking for a freelancer who can transcribe audio from Congolese French (maybe some Swahili) to English. The audio contains specific terminology and jargon that the freelancer should be familiar with. The transcription can either be verbatim or a clean transcript, omitting filler words and stutters. I am not sure which option I prefer. The desired turnaround time for the project is 2-3 days.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in both French and English, and possibly Congolese Swahili
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Experience in transcribing audio accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with French language jargon and terminology
