Transcribe a Video with meeting notes

I need to have a video transcribed with meeting notes. The video is longer than one hour and I need the transcriptions in the form of a Microsoft Word document. I also need the timestamps included in the transcription. I would greatly appreciate it if the transcriber would be detailed and accurate in their work.
