Transcribe Spanish Audio Conversation

I am learning Spanish and recorded a few of my co-workers at lunch so I can play back and get use to people speaking. It would help me out if someone could transcribe what is being said. (Also, I used an automated transcriber and want to see the accuracy of their translation to a human transcriber.)

Audio is 25 minutes in length and .m4a file type.
Speakers are either Mexican or Honduran. A little American English between me and another man.
I would like an editable document (word, text, etc...) so I can write down my own translations.
Please do NOT provide the English translation.
Time stamping is not required for this project.
Line breaks between speakers is not required but would improve readability.
