Transcribe 39 PDFs to Excel
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have 39 separate PDF forms and each one contains a section titled “Datos de la niña o adolescente.” That section holds approximately 42 individual data points that must be transferred, row by row, into an Excel workbook.
I will send you:
• All 39 PDF files.
• A short document listing the exact column headers I want in the spreadsheet.
Your job is to open each PDF, locate the “Datos de la niña o adolescente” box, and type every field into the corresponding column in Excel. The workbook should come back with each PDF on its own row, the headers exactly as supplied, and no changes to the order, spelling, or accents.
Accuracy is more important than speed; every character must match what is on the form. When you finish, return the completed .xlsx file to me and I’ll spot-check it before marking the work done.
