Transcribe Handwritten Notes to TXT

I have a set of handwritten notes that I need accurately re-typed into a plain text (.txt) file. Although the final file must remain in TXT format, the notes themselves include specific headings, bullet-style indents, and other simple layout cues that I still want reflected through standard text techniques (for example, using consistent spacing, asterisks, or dashes where needed).
Scope of work:
• Read each handwritten page with care.
• Reproduce every word exactly, keeping spelling and line breaks intact.
• Translate the visible formatting cues into clear, text-based equivalents so the structure is obvious even without rich text.
I will supply high-resolution scans of the notes. Please return one clean, well-organized .txt file and let me know if anything is illegible so I can clarify. Accuracy and attention to detail are key; no OCR shortcuts—manual typing only.
