Transcribe Handwritten Notes Accurately
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a stack of handwritten notes that need to be turned into clean, searchable digital text. You’ll receive high–resolution scans and, in a few cases, phone-captured images of notebook pages. Your main responsibility is data entry through careful transcription—nothing else at this stage.
Accuracy matters more than speed, but I still aim for a reasonable turnaround on each batch so my team can begin using the material right away. I’ll supply a simple style guide (spelling conventions, file-naming, and a couple of shorthand terms you’ll see repeatedly) and a template in either Google Docs or Excel—whichever you’re most comfortable with.
Deliverables
• Fully transcribed text matching the order of the original pages
• Files returned in the agreed template, free of spelling errors
• Highlighted uncertainties or illegible parts flagged for quick review
