Transcribe Handwritten Document to Word

I have a handwritten document that needs to be typed up into a Word document.

I have provided the document images attached with this project invite.

Ideal skills and experience include:

- Proficient in English language
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Proficient in English grammar and spelling (very important)

There must be no spelling errors and the handwritten document must be copied carefully.

The attached images are number (1) to (5) on the top corners in small writing.

The document must follow in the order of 1,2,3,4,5.
