Telugu audio translation and transcription

I'm looking for a Telugu audio translation and transcription expert who can accurately convert an audio file of less than 15 minutes into a word-for-word transcription in a specific format. It's important that this is done accurately and precisely, as the transcript will be an important document. The expert should be well-versed in Telugu so that any hidden meanings, nuances and clever wordplays are not missed. The expert should also have an understanding of the specific format requested. I'm looking for an expert with a keen eye for detail, who can deliver high-quality results on time.

Instructions:-
1)Use R for respondents and I for interviewer e.g., R1, R1, I1, I2 .
2)There is no need for timestamp during the transcription. Write only the starting time stamp and last one as well).
3)Don’t summarize any point or lines, as we’ll be needing the exact transcription of the audios
4)The grammar should be correct.
5)If at any point, the audio is not clear or any term is not understood please include the audio timing instead, so that it can be easily reviewed later on.
6) Keep the file name as it is which are mention in audio.
7) No typo errors
8) Don't use double space between two words
9) Don't use trailing space at the end of the segments
