Spanish Academic PDF Retyping

I have a Spanish-language academic paper in PDF form that I need transcribed verbatim into a WORD document. The file is text-only—there are no formulas, figures, images, or charts—and I want every footnote and accent mark preserved exactly as they appear. I have attached a file ("Example") showing what the document should look like.

If you are comfortable working in Spanish, have a sharp eye for diacritics and citations, and can guarantee a clean, error-free transfer, this will be a straightforward project. I need the finished document by February 22.
