Seeking Multi-media Virtual Assistant For Multi-Faceted Creative Survey Project

Hi! We are looking for a multi-media and social media VA to help us complete the next phase of our project.

By multi-media, we mean someone who can:
• edit audio (within a specific software - training included if necessary),
• edit video (light editing within the same software as audio),
• edit audio transcriptions (of Black and African descent voices who speak the various dialects of English),
• and who can follow instructions to bring it together to create a visual work of art.

By social media, we mean someone who can:
• support with posting on social media,
• handling social media engagement and research,
• researching hashtags and relevant influencers,
• support our general presence and engagement online.

Our project, titled the Black Economics Conversations Wall of Voices, is an intimate dive into the minds of Black people with the intention of discovering some surprising actions that we can take to enhance our economic outlook.

It's an artistic survey. We asked people to submit their photos and voices by responding to a simple question. From there we'll convert it into an audiogram and still image quotes to post on Instagram, and our website.

We need YOU to help us finalize the visual aspect of the Instagram posts and audiograms.

This includes (bird's eye view):
• Receiving the visual graphics from the graphic design team (you do NOT need to do graphic design)
• Completing the transcription and editing process where we transcribe (via A.I.) the audio submissions that respondents sent, and edit them for clarity, ease of listening, and comprehension.
• Next, select background music for the response and add it to their response.
• And finally, editing together the transcribed subtitles and response graphics to create a shareable audiogram (in the specific software that we use and can train you on. It's quite easy to do, just takes attention to detail.)

The target audience is people who identify as Black, Black leaders, and Black people who have something to say about Black economics and the betterment of the lives of Black people.

Our initial request is for 50 complete audiograms (formatted for both Instagram posts and stories), and follow-up support with posting the social media posts and engaging respondents, etc. (as listed above under "By social media we mean...".)

We'll provide the graphics, the audio responses, and some background music (some you may need to find elsewhere -- royalty free), and you put it together by following our directions and instructions.

Here are some extra details about the project:
• You will need to be comfortable working from a detailed instruction set and a small bit of creative freedom.

• You will need to be comfortable engaging with people and dealing with delicate topics around finances, and economics.

• This is a work-for-hire. We own ALL the work you do on this project.
