Repurpose Podcast Transcription Into Content

I need a content writer who can take a raw podcast transcription, pull out the golden nuggets and turn it into some pieces of content. The content may be an email newsletter/blog post or perhaps snippers of gold nuggets for social media content.

I want someone who is great at pulling out multiple pieces and helping me repurpose this content for multiple things!
