Podcast transcript clean up

I have a podcast transcript that was generated by the automatic transcription toon in Acast. I need someone to review the podcast and transcript and edit to: — Identify speakers — correct any errors in transcript accuracy (spelling, etc.) — add time stamps The raw, unedited transcript that needs correction (along with the audio of the podcast) will be provided with candidates Note: there is a small amount of Spanish and also culinary terminology in this conversation. Familiarity with those things is ideal, but not necessary.
