PDF Conversion & Formatting Specialist

I have a steady stream of PDFs that must be converted into fully editable Word and Excel files. Beyond simple transcription, I need each document laid out according to a new set of formatting guidelines that I will share once we begin. Accuracy is critical—every figure, table and paragraph must carry over exactly, then be restyled so the final files look clean, consistent and ready for publication.

Scope of work
• Convert multiple PDFs to Word or Excel, depending on the source content.
• Apply my custom formatting rules (fonts, headings, spacing, table styles, page breaks).
• Proof every page for typos, alignment and data integrity.
• Deliver the finished documents on a rolling basis, ideally within 24 hours of receiving each batch.

My expectations
• Fast, error-free typing and strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with track changes or version control so I can review edits effortlessly.
• Clear, prompt communication—tell me early if a file needs clarification or has unreadable text.
• Commitment to confidentiality; the files contain business information.
