Noise Reduction in Audio Recordings

As someone dealing with the challenge of environmental noise disrupting the clarity of audio in my recorded videos, I need a competent professional to substantially improve the quality.
I have few bad recordings (door camera footages with audio)
I need an audio expert to do restoration of these audio to the best possible levels. We shall try 1 and if its good i give you few of these to do.
I think around 1000 USD would be fine for 20 tracks? It's almost the same so you can put a same script to it. We can anyways discuss in detail.
