I have a set of scanned documents that contain both text and numerical information and I need everything re-typed with absolute accuracy. This is a completely manual task—no OCR or auto-extraction tools—so strong attention to detail is critical.
You will receive high-resolution image files; your job is to key every line into the spreadsheet template I provide, double-checking that names, figures, and any special characters match the original scan. Consistent formatting and zero transcription errors are essential because the file feeds directly into our reporting system.
Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet populated with all records from the scans
• A brief log noting any illegible sections or ambiguities you encountered
Acceptance criteria
• 99 % or higher accuracy when spot-checked
• All fields populated in the correct columns and formats as per the template
