Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have between 50 and 200 individual Aadhaar copies that must be keyed in manually. Each copy contains the usual demographic fields—Aadhaar number, full name, date of birth, address, gender and the QR-code number—so accuracy is critical.
Here is exactly what I need done:
• Read each Aadhaar copy (they’re clear scans in PDF).
• Transcribe every field into the Excel template I will share.
• Double-check spellings, number sequences and date formats before saving.
• Flag any unreadable characters so I can request a clearer scan.
Deliverable
• One clean, fully populated spreadsheet with every record entered and verified.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the provided copies accounted for.
• No mismatched digits in the 12-digit Aadhaar numbers.
• Names and addresses match source spelling and line breaks.
If you use tools like Adobe Acrobat for zooming or Excel shortcuts for consistency, that’s great, but the entry itself must be manual as specified. Turnaround time is flexible within a week, yet the sooner the better.
