Mandarin Conversation Transcription

I have a steady stream of Mandarin Chinese audio conversations—always two speakers, on everyday, non-specialized topics—that need to be turned into clear, well-formatted text. Each file must be transcribed verbatim, with correct punctuation, speaker labels, and optional time-stamps when a change of speaker occurs.
Scope of work
• Receive conversation recordings (MP3 or WAV) through a shared drive.
• Produce an accurate, fully proof-read transcript in simplified Chinese within the agreed turnaround time.
• Flag any sections with inaudible words for quick review.
• Submit the finished transcript in DOCX or TXT format and keep all project files confidential.
What I’m looking for
– Native-level Mandarin and strong written Chinese.
– Prior experience using tools such as Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar.
– Reliable internet and the ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
