Malaysian Bank Call Recordings Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m assembling a corpus of authentic Malaysian bank-support calls and need native speakers to record real conversations in both Mandarin and Cantonese. The idea is to capture the natural flow you’d use when phoning a local bank, including the occasional English word that slips in during everyday speech.
The calls must revolve around other banking services—specifically account management, loan inquiries and credit card services—so think requests to reset an online-banking password, questions about housing-loan rates, or checking a card’s annual fee. Each recording should feature you (the customer) speaking to an actual bank customer-service representative; no scripted dialogues or voice actors, please.
What you’ll deliver
• Separate audio files for every completed call, clearly labelled with the language used
• A brief text log for each file noting date, language, and the banking topic covered
Audio quality needs to be clear enough for transcription (normal mobile clarity is fine). Feel free to mix Mandarin and Cantonese across different calls as long as both languages are represented overall.
