Live transcription services + editing ($40 / hr)

I am looking for someone to help transcribe live interviews lasting 4-5 hours (not recorded) and then edit the content afterwards. The transcriptions will be about 10-15 hours of work a week. There is an opportunity for the editing portion to become a long-term contractor position if you so choose. 1-2 years of experience is preferred, and a brief (paid) training is required before you start. $40/hr. Start/need is immediate.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word
- Fluent in English
- Good internet access
- Available for 4-5 hours blocks during US time zones
- Experience with professional editing preferred
