Lip-reading and transcribing a 2 hour video

I have a two hour long video talk that is missing audio. I need someone who can lip-read the video and write sub titles for it in English.

There is one part of the video where the speaker's face is a bit smaller (it's a Zoom video), so I will need to know if you can actually transcribe it as well.
