Lip Reading and Transcribing a 32 minute Zoom Meeting

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a project. The task is to lip read and transcribe a 32 minute Zoom meeting. The meeting is conducted in English and there is no sound present in the audio. The number of speakers on the call are 2-3. The freelancer should be able to lip read the speakers and transcribe the entire conversation. The result should be documented in an accurate format so that it can be used for further analysis. The freelancer should have a good grasp of the English language as the written conversation should not contain any grammatical errors. The freelancer should also have prior experience in lip reading and transcribing meetings. Knowledge of zoom video calls may be beneficial but this is not a must. The output should be provided by a certain deadline and with a high level of accuracy.
