Hindi Kannada Mix Video Transcription

We are looking for Kannada natives. we will give short videos transcription daily. we are looking for someone who can transcribe whenever we give the files so freelancer should not be working employee.
All videos will be mix of both Hindi and Kannada, you need to translate them to English. Pay per minute is 40 INR.
