Help in Transcribing

I am currently working on transcribing some interviews. There are some words that can not be heard efficiently. I need someone who is a native or Professional English speaker to listen to these and let me know what they are. I will rate your proposal as 0 or 1 if you do not start your proposal with " Interview".
