Handwritten Notes to PDF Transcription

I have a collection of handwritten notes that runs well beyond fifty pages and I need every word transferred accurately into a clean, well-formatted PDF. Legibility and fidelity to the original layout are important to me—I want headings, bullet points, underlines, and any simple diagrams or margin remarks reproduced in a way that’s clear on screen and print-ready.

You may type in Word or your preferred tool as long as the final file you return is a polished, error-free PDF. A quick turnaround is appreciated, but not at the expense of accuracy; please plan on at least one self-proof before delivery so I can drop the file straight into my archive without extra edits.
