Handwritten Notes PDF Data Entry

I have a stack of handwritten notes—well over fifty pages—filled with text that now needs to live inside clean, searchable PDFs. Your task is simple on paper yet demanding in practice: transcribe every word with absolute accuracy and lay it out inside my supplied PDF template so it reads as though it was typed there all along.

The source material is pure text; no tables, numbers, or graphics to worry about. Legibility varies from page to page, so an eye for detail, solid spelling, and the patience to double-check questionable words are essential. If you prefer to start in Word, that’s fine, but the final deliverable must be delivered as polished, typo-free PDFs ready for immediate distribution.

I’ll provide high-resolution scans of the handwritten pages along with a sample PDF layout. As you work, please use consistent fonts, margins, and line spacing so the finished files look professional and uniform. Adobe Acrobat, Nitro, or any reliable PDF editor is acceptable—as long as the result is a crisp, text-based PDF (not an image-only scan) that I can search, copy, and annotate later.

Deliverables:
• PDFs containing all transcribed text, formatted to match the supplied template
• Optional Word file of the same content for my archive
• Brief completion note highlighting any words you found unclear and how you resolved them

I’ll review the first few pages as a checkpoint to confirm style, then give the go-ahead on the remainder. Accuracy is more important than speed, but I’d like the full set back within one week of kickoff if possible.
