Handwritten Journals Transcription to Word

I have 25 handwritten journals that need to be transcribed into Word for a book project. Each journal contains daily entries, with 1-3 paragraphs per day.
Transcription Requirements:
- I would like the handwriting to be transcribed with minor edits for clarity.
- The day/month/year needs to be included in the transcription, as it appears on the page.
- Any handwritten notes or annotations in the journals also need to be transcribed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
