Handwritten Forms to Excel

I have 150 pages of handwritten forms that need to be keyed directly into Excel. Every page follows the same structured layout, so once you understand the pattern you can move quickly—no special template or styling is required beyond clean, plain data entry.

Accuracy is paramount because these records will feed an internal database, but speed also matters; the sooner the file is ready, the better. I’ll provide high-resolution scans so you can zoom in on any tricky handwriting, and I’m available to clarify ambiguous entries in real time.

Deliverables:
• A single .xlsx file containing every field from all 150 pages, one row per form, ready for immediate upload.
• A quick note flagging any illegible or doubtful values so I can double-check them.
