Handwritten Book Digitization

My handwritten book needs to be transformed into a polished, editable digital file. Every page contains text interspersed with hand-drawn illustrations that I will supply as high-resolution scans; each image must be inserted exactly where it appears in the manuscript so the flow is preserved.

Scope of work
• Transcribe the handwriting verbatim, applying clear styles for headings, body text, quotations and page breaks.
• Place each scanned image in-line, centred or wrapped as indicated by my margin notes, and add any captions that appear beneath the originals.
• Apply consistent formatting—margins, fonts, spacing—so the document is ready for print or e-book conversion.
• Return the completed file in Microsoft Word, plus PDF and/or Google Docs if requested.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % text accuracy (I will spot-check).
• All images visible at 300 dpi or higher, correctly positioned.
• No missing pages, illegible characters or formatting drift between export formats.

The scans and a simple style guide will be provided as soon as we start.
