French to English Transcription needed

We have an interview file in the French Language that needs to be transcripted in the English language. We are looking for a French native who also knows very good English to transcript the file. The file duration is of 44 minutes and the budget is $75USD. The transcript is needed quickly within 24 hours. Only French natives with good English may respond to this post.
