About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Mandarin Transcription Quality Analysts and Quality Checkers to join our team on a freelance basis. This role involves ensuring high-quality transcription output for our Business Transcription projects, adhering to strict quality and turnaround benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze business transcription files in Mandarin to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Check and validate transcription quality against project-specific guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Utilize excellent comprehension skills to handle a variety of accents and terminologies.
• Conduct thorough online research for unclear terms or context.
• Deliver work within specified turnaround times and manage deadlines effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for sensitive business content.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Transcription Quality Analysis (QA) or Quality Control (QC) for Mandarin language projects.
• Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand diverse accents and contexts.
• Proficiency in adhering to quality standards and achieving high accuracy rates.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent online research skills to clarify unfamiliar terms or concepts.
• Access to a Microsoft Windows PC.
Recruitment Process
1. Sample Test: Qualified candidates will be invited to complete a no-cost sample test, to be submitted within 12 hours.
2. Feedback: Test results will be shared in 1-2 business days.
3. Onboarding: Successful candidates will be offered an NDA and contract.
4. Project Assignment: Upon successful completion of the recruitment process, candidates will start receiving project assignments that match their skills and profile.
