English Video Transcription Needed

I am looking for a proficient English language transcriber to transcribe a 40-minute video. The transcription does not require time-stamping. The video has two speakers, one with US Spanish accent, one with Ukrainian accent.

Requirements for the final transcript:
1) The transcript should show which speaker speaks (should be divided into questions and answers, like an interview)
2) Sounds like 'well', 'mmmm', etc, should be excluded.


Skills and Experience Required:
• Experience in transcription services.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Efficient with Microsoft Word.

I need the transcription in a Word/Google Docs document format.
